American Curriculum in Bangkok!

This week I had the pleasure of visiting the International Community School in Bangkok, Thailand.  ICS offers American college preparatory curriculum to the international community in Bangkok.

ICS is housed in two beautiful buildings in the Bangna area of Bangkok.  Approximately 850 students are enrolled from more  than 20 countries.  About half of the students are from expat families and half are local Thai children.  The school serves children in grades K-12.

I was fortunate to meet a number of very nice teachers during my visit.  They were all, without exception, very enthusiastic about working here in Bangkok.

What American schools have you visited overseas?  And what has been your experience?  I look forward to visiting more!
